This is the last weekly digest for 2015. It's also this time of the year when we usually look back to reflect on the past days and set some goals and milestones for the coming 12 months. In that spirit and using the format of my weekly digest, I'd like to set some goals for myself and make some best wishes for my lovely and loyal 3 readers.

This is what I'll focus on and wish you all a mindful, healthy and well-balanced 2016.
